At our center, we serve professional and qualified Registered Early Childhood Educators or individuals who possess other related qualifications. A minimum number of Early Childhood Assistants are paired with Registered Early Childhood Educators (RECE) in a team-teaching approach. The RECE takes the lead role in programming and child development issues.
All our staff have their First-Aid, C.P.R, and Background Checks, and are required to do professional development throughout the year and professional behavior is expected of all staff.
Our educators and other staff are very caring, loving, and supportive of daycare children. They continually strive to provide a warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment for the children to learn and explore. Parent-staff communication is integral to the program. If you have any concerns or comments, please bring them to the attention of the administrator, the supervisor, or staff members.
